What is a wedding podcast?
A wedding podcast is an on-site guest experience: people sit at a designed table with real microphones, talk to each other, answer prompts about the couple, and leave voices and stories on video. It is not a radio show and not a Spotify podcast about planning a wedding.
Is this the same as Houston tenemos una boda?
No. That is a talk show about wedding vendors in Spain. ON WEDDING podcast is something your guests do at your wedding.
How is this different from an audio guestbook?
An audio guestbook is usually one person speaking into a vintage phone. A wedding podcast is a conversation on camera, at a beautiful setup, with professionally recorded sound.
Where do you work?
Spain, with Barcelona as the original market, including destination weddings around the country. Share the venue so availability and travel can be confirmed.
How much does it cost?
€500 for one hour, €1,200 for three hours, €1,800 for five hours, including 21% IVA. Lighting, two microphones, camera, one operator, editing and a private link are in those figures. See Prices.
Is this the wedding film?
No. This records guest voices and stories. If you want vows, speeches, dancing and atmosphere, you still want a videographer.
How does it work?
Share your date, venue and the languages your guests speak. Prompts are prepared with you. On the day the table is set as part of the wedding. Guests sit, talk and record. You receive professionally recorded video and audio afterwards.
How is this different from a video guestbook or QR album?
A video guestbook or QR album usually asks one person to leave a short message on a phone, kiosk or their own screen. A wedding podcast is a designed two-seat conversation, recorded professionally, not a selfie upload.
Do we still need a wedding videographer?
Yes if you want the film of the day. The podcast table is complementary: guests talking about you, not coverage of the ceremony, speeches or dancing.
Will shy guests use it?
Many people find it easier to talk to a friend than to perform a toast. Prompts give them something to say. Nobody has to sit down.
What languages can guests speak?
Guests talk in the language they already speak. Prompt language and on-the-day support are confirmed when you inquire.
When should it run during the wedding?
Typically when guests are free to wander: cocktail hour, after dinner, or open bar — not during the ceremony or speeches. Exact timing is planned with you and your planner.
What do we receive afterwards?
Professionally recorded video and audio of the guest conversations. File formats, edits and timing are confirmed when you book — we do not invent a kit here.
Can we see a real wedding example?
Follow Instagram for films of the setup. Named case studies are published only after a real shoot and with permission. We will not invent couples.
Do you record children?
Only with parent or guardian awareness. Ask us on the form; we do not treat this as a default.
Will messages be posted on Instagram?
Not as a default. Recordings are for the couple. Any public use needs a clear agreement.
What should a planner send when checking a date?
Date, venue, approximate guest count, languages, indoor or outdoor, whether power is available nearby, the timing window, and the planner’s name. We confirm availability for that wedding — we do not publish a footprint, amp draw or response SLA here.
