Who we are
This website is ON WEDDING podcast (https://weddingpodcastspain.com), operated as a Spanish autónomo under NIF Z2413704C. Privacy requests: WhatsApp +34 601 16 76 75. A postal address and a controller email are not published on this site — use WhatsApp to exercise your rights. Enquiry data is used to answer availability requests for the wedding podcast service in Spain.
Legal basis
Enquiry data: GDPR art. 6.1.b (steps toward a service). Strictly necessary storage and security logs: art. 6.1.f and the ePrivacy exception for cookies needed to provide a service you asked for. Meta Pixel and any other optional cookies run only with consent (art. 6.1.a).
What we collect from the form
Names, email, WhatsApp number, wedding date, venue or location, planner name if you add one, and your message. A honeypot field is used against spam. We also see standard server logs (IP, user agent) needed to run the site.
How long we keep data
Enquiry records are kept to handle the request and to evidence that conversation, then deleted when you ask or when they are no longer needed. We do not publish a fixed archive period. Server logs follow ordinary hosting rotation.
WhatsApp and Instagram
If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process the conversation under their own policies. That can involve a transfer outside the EU under the rules of Meta Platforms.
Wedding recordings
Identifiable wedding video and audio are personal data under the GDPR / RGPD. Guest recordings are made for the couple. We do not treat public posting on Instagram as a default. Any public use needs a clear agreement.

See the cookie policy. Strictly necessary storage does not need consent. Meta Pixel runs only after Accept all or a Marketing tick. You can Reject optional with an equal control. Cookies.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object, and request portability, via WhatsApp. You may withdraw cookie consent from Cookie settings. You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es).
