Who we are
This website is ON WEDDING podcast (https://weddingpodcastspain.com). The legal name, postal address and controller email of the operating business have not been published yet. Until they are, enquiry data is used only to answer availability requests for the wedding podcast service in Spain.
What we collect from the form
Names, email, WhatsApp number, wedding date, venue or location, planner name if you add one, and your message. A honeypot field is used against spam. We also see standard server logs (IP, user agent) needed to run the site.
WhatsApp and Instagram
If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process the conversation under their own policies.
Wedding recordings
Identifiable wedding video and audio are personal data under the GDPR / RGPD. Guest recordings are made for the couple. We do not treat public posting on Instagram as a default. Any public use needs a clear agreement.

Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete enquiry data by writing to us on WhatsApp. When a controller email is published, use that channel instead.
